“Hi Taahirah, hope you're well. I just wanted to share that I was accepted to the MBA program at MIT with amerit-based scholarship. So I will be attending MIT in August. I can’t stress enough how big of a role you played in helping me get here! I don’t think my old self could have managed to do well at a demanding job AND get accepted to one of the top schools in the world with a scholarship, without the techniques and strategies you showed me. And most importantly, you helped me transform my relationship with myself, which had amazing spillover effects to other aspects of my life as well. I still have the same ADHD brain, but I have much greater self acceptance and confidence in my ability to continually grow and improve as a person, thanks to the work we did together”

“It has been a great pleasure for my wife and I to have Taahirah support our four boys over many years in Hanoi. Taahirah’s dedication, patience, and innovative working approaches have had a profound impact on our lives. Her ability to connect with each of my boys on an individual level has not only improved their academic performance but also boosted their confidence and love for learning.”
LD: Parent of child with ASD
“Moving from a developed country with extensive support for autism to a developing country without such resources was challenging for our family. My two younger children were accepted into our chosen school, but my oldest son with autism was not. This caused significant stress, and we considered leaving the new post. A friend recommended Taahirah, whose support was invaluable. We enrolled my son in an online course while seeking his placement in the same school as his siblings. Taahirah assisted him with online learning and guided me on advocating for his school placement. Eventually, we succeeded in getting him accepted. Over our two-year term, Taahirah's work with my son fostered his independence and self-advocacy skills, reducing household stress and improving his enjoyment of learning. She always checked in with me to ensure our approaches to his development were matched. She also supported me in my regulation and worked on request with my other children when they needed support. Her contributions significantly enhanced our son's development and brought integration and harmony to our household. I highly recommend Taahirah's services. Thank you, Miss Tee, for your exceptional work.”

“I received a late ADHD diagnosis which helped explain why life had always been so challenging. But it wasn’t until I started working with Taahirah that I started to really understand my brain and see a more optimistic way forward. Right from the start she
worked to help me understand my brains’ strengths and the areas that caused me the most chaos and distress. On top of this, she introduced me to concepts such as self-advocacy and accommodations.
Before working with Taahirah, I had spent my teen years and adult life dealing with episodes of depression, anxiety, and burnout. Some therapists helped along the way, but without actual screening for neurodivergence some problems just never got resolved. Overtime, Taahirah helped me calm my mind and develop strategies that worked for me. She also helped me advocate for workplace and diploma accommodations, which reduced my stress levels and improved my relationship with my manager too. Taahirah was consistently non-judgmental and always patient with me. My emotional dysregulation often rose its head in sessions, but she always gave me the space and guidance to self-regulate and get back on track.
Ultimately, Taahirah helped me to make huge improvements to the quality of my life which continue to evolve today. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of help. Thank you, Taahirah, for all your hard work and care.”

“Having always been a high achiever it was incredibly difficult for me to let go of perfection. After suffering from a stroke it took me 2 years to get all my physical qualities back to normal. I always felt that my mind was not as sharp as it use to be and realised that conventional therapy did not support the training of it. I started working with Taahirah in a pre academic year before completing my masters in architecture. I was changing careers, living as an expat and raising a teenager. Taahirah helped me to mourn and let go of my former life before the stroke. I didn’t realise the weight it carried and was so grateful to acknowledge that part of myself. I have come to appreciate the current person I am and see how in many ways I am a lot better than my former self. I passed my masters course with high distinction and am currently working in my field. I still use the tools and strategies that Taahirah has taught me to support my everyday operations.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Ms.T remotely, and it has been an incredible experience. Ms.T is a highly creative and intuitive coach with an exceptional level of awareness. Through her expert coaching, I was able to rediscover my core values and aspirations, and I felt safe and supported throughout the entire process. Ms. T's approach allowed me to return to
a place of comfort and ease as I continued to make strides in my personal growth. It has been a beautiful journey, and I never once felt judged. I loved her supporting my kids as well in developing coping strategies for them to adapt to change and in supporting their attention deficit.”

“Before working with Taahirah,I felt overwhelmed, guilty, confused, and ashamed at work ,knowing I could be more efficient but not knowing how. I lacked work-life balance, was a perfectionist, and struggled with my mental health. I blamed myself for my difficulties and believed I had to endure them to stay employed. Before reaching a breaking point, I saw a psychiatrist, was diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type, and was advised to work with Taahirah on my executive functioning development. The diagnosis provided relief and understanding of my mind. Taahirah helped me understand executive functioning, identify my strengths and challenges, and develop strategies to improve skills like working memory, organization, time management, planning, and task initiation. I understand the impact of bureaucracy and management styles on different people and don't feel responsible for all my challenges. I learned to advocate for my needs and felt confident asking for support. Now, my life is more orderly, calm, and efficient. I recommend Taahirah’s services to everyone, as understanding executive functioning can enhance productivity, self-knowledge, empathy, compassion and improve relationships. Thanks, Taahirah.”

“I never fought with my teenager daughter until this year of school. My household felt miserable and I needed support. I am so happy to have found Taahirah. Her ability to connect to my daughter and provide valuable academic strategies took a lot
of responsibility off my shoulders. My daughter excelled and started enjoying school again and peace was restored in my home.”

“I have 3 learning support children. Taahirah has been a constant in our lives throughout the academic years of my children. The school system made me feel incompetent to give my children the support they needed as it was not my profession. I am grateful for Taahirah’s support throughout the years and can say proudly that all my children are doing really well on their current path.”
RJ: Parent of prior hospitalized child
Dear Taahirah, Thanks so much for showing such belief and respect in our son. He always loved learning with you and has grown so much through working with you. This was his first year back into the school system after three years of being away due to sickness. We could not have designed a better support if we tried.
